Aims & Scope

The International Journal of TVET and Future Skills (IJTVET-FS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal devoted to interdisciplinary research and analysis on technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and the development of future skills. Its scope covers skill formation systems and governance, future skills and digital transformation, work-based learning and trainer development, quality assurance and qualifications frameworks, and sustainable development and inclusion.

IJTVET-FS is committed to fostering comparative and policy-oriented scholarship on skills and workforce development. Emphasis is placed on studies that connect theoretical analysis with practical implications for skills policy, programme design, and institutional practice. IJTVET-FS accepts Original Research Articles, Review Articles, Perspective/Opinion pieces, Conference Reports, and Book Reviews, etc. that examine the interactions between TVET systems, labour markets, industry, and sustainable development across diverse national and regional contexts.
